Palate: Our Single Vineyard Block Series each vintage completed with slow, sustainable ripening, producing a seriously full- bodied wine. Made from 80-year-old vines and aged for 22 months in French oak.
Color: Bright ruby & garnet
Characters: Hints of herbs of sage, mint with white pepper, layers of ripe red berry fruits, with concentrated reduced fruit concentrate characters. A dimensional wine with integrated tannins, toasty oak, with a long bold savoury finish.
Serve: 16°C - 18°C
