Legal Drinking Age

Pricing
Our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax (GST) & Wine Equalisation Tax (WET) unless stated to be otherwise. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Payment, Shipping and Delivery
By registering your details to purchase wine online from your pricing for freight and shipping will be calculated based on your delivery address and membership status. No obligation to sell the goods will arise until we accept your order and receive payment. Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted, unless by arrangement with us.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and bank transfer. Credit card details are transmitted through a secure server using Stripe Eftpos. Card data is not kept after processing.
Orders are dispatched regularly via Freight, or Australia Post if delivery is to a PO Box, and shipping timeframes are estimated at between three to seven business days within Australia, depending on your location.
If our nominated contractor does not deliver to a remote or specific location, we will advise you of the nearest possible delivery point. While we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.

Wine is perishable and can be affected by extremes of temperature. At times, we will delay shipment of your wine during conditions of temperature extremes and avoid shipping in such conditions. However, the shipping of wine is trusted to third parties and at times exposure to temperature extremes may occur outside of our control. Greenock Estate Wines is not responsible for wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment.
Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is presumed to be authorized to receive the goods. The recipient of the delivery must be 18 years of age or older. Risk and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address.
Vintages
While every attempt will be made to keep vintage information current on the website, vintages are subject to change. We will advise you by email or telephone if the vintage ordered is no longer available and you will have the option to confirm, change or cancel your order.
