The McLaren Vale region produces a shiraz with ripe fruit characters, with fine tannins. Layers of plum, cranberries and dark chocolate characters. Aged in French oak for 18 months. Herbaceous with hints of fresh herbs of sage & mint.
The Angas King range is steeped in history and heritage. Named after the founder of the Barossa Valley George Fife Angas. This McLaren Valley Shiraz is a truly great example of a hand -crafted shiraz using traditional methods, basket pressed, open fermentation showcasing this McLaren Valley Shiraz, producing fine tannins.
