Character: A small parcel of premium hand-picked Shiraz grapes selected by our Winemaker from a single vineyard. Destemmed, small open fermenters and plunged for 14 days. Maceration on skins for 3 months, basket pressed and matured in Allier French Oak for 4 years before bottling.
Tasting note: Full-Bodied. Bold rich plum and Cedar aromas. Well-rounded palate with very attractive ripe plum, black berry and spice flavours and an outstanding finish.
